  • Condition: This photo album from 1916 is in fair condition. The photos are in good condition for their age, but they are glued to a medium-weight construction paper that is deteriorating. Some of the pages have come loose from the tie that holds them all together. Some of the photos have holes punched from where the tie goes through. It is good that the front and back pages are still secured by the tie, so that it all stays together better.

    Description

    My grandmother put this photo album together when she was a teacher at New Brighton High School in New Jersey in 1916. There are 74 photos in it. Photos are of fellow high school teachers. students, buildings and local points of interest.

    The shading on some of the photos is me trying to reduce the glare on the left side of the album.
