a vintage ORIGINAL booklet "Scenes of the San Francisco Fire and Earthquake April 18, 1906 - Series No. 3 Before and After", published by the Phoenix Photo Co. in the immediate aftermath of the disaster. Softbound in wraps with a string tie, there are 12 photos in this booklet, along with 2 panoramic views of the business district, before and after . This item  measures approximately 7' x 10" , with the 2 panoramic foldouts measuring approximately 7' x 18" and is complete  in INCREDIBLE Fine to Fine+ condition for its' age, with the slightest of curling on the bottom right corners
