RIGGEN PORSCHE HO scale slotcar...you be the judge I'm not certain if it is

Here is what may be a Riggen HO scale slot car...
I don't come across these often enough to be certain...
Please look at the pics and you decide before bidding..thanks.
This car body looks to have no damage.
Yes the chassis runs it has been bench tested....but could use some oil.
The rear orange foamie tires are hardening.
The Riggen 'Factory Notice' sheet came with the car when I got it.
