These are new old stock and have no chips, cracks, or any other damage. It is a Native American Indian head toothpick holder that is 2-3/4" tall and 1-7/8" wide.
Although this is made from a St. Clair mold, they were made by the, now defunct, Summit Glass company, who bought the molds from St. Clair.
